All bookings are subject to confirmation. Payments must be made as per the agreed terms. Cancellation and refund policies vary by service type and will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Liability

Nivara Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines, hotels, embassies, or other third-party providers.

4. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents including passports, visas, and health certificates. Nivara Travels will assist but cannot guarantee visa approvals.

5. Changes to Terms

Nivara Travels reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
